Water 35%, Soybean 30%, Wheat Powder 18%, Salt 11%, Malt Syrup 5%, Alcohol 0.5%, Monosodium Glutamate 0.5%.
Cooking Instructions:
Doenjang can be used as the main seasoning ingredients for soup, stew and "Ssamjang (dipping sauce for lettuce wrap), but also can be used to season blanched vegetables such as spinach.
Storage Instructions: Avoid direct sunlight and keep in a cool place. Keep refrigerated after opening.
