Laila Chana dal is naturally nutritious and rich in flavour. It works wonders in hearty dals, curries and salads. Laila Split Chickpeas also makes a wholesome meal when combined with bread or rice.
Ingredients:
Split chickpeas. May contain cereals containing gluten.
Cooking Instructions:
Rinse in cold water 3 to 4 times. Using fresh water, bring to the boil in a saucepan. Reduce to a simmer for 30-40 minutes or until tender. Do not eat raw.
