The wonder beans - Laila Red Kidney Beans are ideal for simmered dishes as they hold their shape firmly upon cooking. You may team them up with rice and spices to make a nutritious vegan meal. Also, great in salad, tacos, soup, dips and stews.
Ingredients:
Red Kidney Beans. May contain cereals containing gluten.
Cooking Instructions:
Soak the beans overnight or atleast 8 hours. Rinse in cold water. Bring to the boil for 10 minutes then simmer until tender. Do not eat raw.
