Now you can get delightfully crispy and golden rice dosas. A delicious traditional breakfast, made ready with an instant mix batter.
Ingredients:
Rice Flour(46%), Blackgram Dal (27%), Refined Wheat Flour, Edible Vegetable Fat-Interesterified (Made From Any Or All Of The Following Permitted Vegetable Oils: Palmolein Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Soyabean Oil, Maize (Corn) Oil, Sesame Oil, Groundnut Oil), Salt, Leavening Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate (Ins 500(Ii)), Acidity Regulator: Malic Acid (Ins 296), Fenugreek.
Storage Instruction:
Keep away from direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened keep in an airtight container.
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix 1 measure of MTR Dhokla mix with 3 tbsp cooking oil, 1/4 measure curd and 1 measure water to form a smooth batter. Grease 2 baking trays /plates with a little oil and pour equal quantities of batter into each (so as to obtain required thickness and proper puffing of the dhoklas). On this poured batter, sprinkle Cumin powder and Red chilli powder or Black pepper powder.
- Steam the batter on high flame for about 15 minutes.
OR
- Use microwave oven and steam the batter for 6 minutes using a microwave safe vessel. Cut into cubes and serve. ‘Measure’ means a cup or container of your choice.
