Rice (60%), Black gram Dal, Edible Vegetable fat-interesterfied (Made from any or all of the following permitted Vegetable Oils: Palmolein Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Soyabean Oil, Maze (Corn) Oil, Sesame Oil, Groundnut Oil), Salt, Acidity Regulator Malic acid (INS 296),
Storage Instruction:
- Keep away from direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place.
- Once opened keep in an airtight container.
Cooking Instructions:
- Add 1 cup of Mix to 1 cup water & ½ cup sour curd to form batter. Keep aside for 5 min. Steam batter in idli cooker or vessel for 10 min.
- Serve hot ‘Measure’ means a cup or container of your choice.
