Ingredients:
Rice Flour (62%), Blackgram Flour, Refined Wheat Flour, Salt, Edible Vegetable fat-interesterified (Made from any or all of the following permitted Vegetable Oils: Palmolein Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Soyabean Oil, Maize (Corn) Oil, Sesame Oil, Groundnut Oil), Fenugreek, Acidity Regulator: Malic Acid (INS 296), Leavening Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate (INS 500(ii)).
Storage Instruction:
- Keep away from direct sunlight. Store in a cool, dry place.
- Once opened keep in an airtight container.
Cooking Instructions:
- Add 1 cup of Mix to 1 cup water and ½ cup sour curd to form batter. Set aside for 10 minutes.Spread sufficient batter on hot tava on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp oil to the sides.
- Garnish with chopped tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves and onions.Roast till golden brown. Serve hot.
